A few of my UK hip-hop friends - Lyric L, Ty and Breis - are involved and sent this one along.
Described as a contemporary afrobeat record where modern progressive artists are paired with musicians who shaped the sound’s origins, this project was launched by producer Stephane Malca, legendary drummer Tony Allen and Dele Sosimi, the latter currently serving as musical director of FELA! in London.
